IE Reflection

This week we presented our IEs that we have been working on for the past term. I did my IE on Tornadoes and this is my reflection.

    I like how you have thought carefully about your sharing for next time and how you would improve on this. It is important to make sure you know your information so you can talk to your audience rather than read from your poster. Well done Joshua!

1.3.17 IE I hope that when I finish my IE, I will understand more about tornadoes and how they work. I can use my current knowledge to help me understand more about tornadoes. I hope I am able to learn how to survive a tornado. The learning powers that will be able to help me is Resilience, Curiosity, and Connecting! I will be learning more about tornadoes. I will use Resilience by not giving up on my topic and IE, I will use Curiosity by asking loads of questions, I will use Connecting by getting information off the internet and out of books.

Wednesday 18.02.15 In the morning I done a P.A.T test on comprehension. After the morning interval I done some summarising on an article from the NZ Herald with my literacy group. I learned how to summarise the main points in a few sentences. The rest of the day my teacher showed me how to blog and sort out our timetables.
