Meteor Shower Over NZ
What Happened:
People in New Zealand have set their alarms early so they can see a glimpse of a annual meteor shower. This passes earth once a year and is created by dust and debris from Halley’s Comet. New Zealand one of the best viewing platforms in the world because of the dark skies. The meteors were most visible from 3am to 5am on a Friday morning and a Saturday morning.
Opinion: I think it is quite cool that you can wake up early to see the meteor shower!
Source: I have got this information off Kiwi Kids News.
