4 Year Olds Starting School!

People are now allowed to enrol their kids before they are five. Kids can now start school from the closest term to their birthday. There is also a bill for this and this is the first update in 30 years. Nikki Kaye is the Education Minister and says that the system needs to flexible about this. This rule has also passed the parliament but misbehaving kids are not allowed to go to school at the age of four.
