Imagine you wake up and you are all alone on a deserted island… what would you do? 5 Items I Would Choose: 1. A net to catch fish so it can be my food. 2. A compass so I could eventually find my way home. 3. Water because the sea is not good for you. 4. An axe so I can make a shelter from wood. 5. A friend (Ryan) so he can bring his things too. Deserted Meaning: An empty place that no one has found. Learning Powers: Resilience: I will need resilience to keep myself going and not giving up. Creativity: I will need creativity to create good ideas.

Weekly Reflection

I have been growth minded this week by finishing my Arotahi on time because I thought I wasn't going to finish it. I have showed respect by listening to the teachers instructions. I have been kind by passing the rugby ball to people who don't usually get it.

Blog Mission - Toes

Why Do You Need Your Toes? You need your toes to help you balance and support you walking. Toes help you hold your weight. Your toes help you increase the length of your foot, allowing you to run faster. What Purposes Do Toes Serve? Toes stay on the ground 75% of the time when you walk. They help you balance when walking. Which Toes Is The Most Important? Your biggest toes are the most important because they take most of your weight when walking. Your big toes can take almost twice the weight as all your other toes together.

Cross Country Reflection

On Monday we had Cross Country. I used the 5 year old race as a warmer up, I ran with the little kids to help them and encourage them. I then had to wait for all the other races to finish. My race was last and was 2.5km long. I got 3rd. I think I need to improve on running up hills because running Killa Hill was a bit hard. I really enjoyed Cross Country this year.
