If kids had tails...
If had tails they would create games with them. They would also be able to swing from branches.

If leaves were fish... If fish were leaves they would be a popular food. Fishing wouldn't be a thing. Fish would be easy to get.

If toes were teeth... It would be really gross and it would be weird to clean them. But I don't know if you could eat with them.
